Bokanovsky and Tesa are from France and Latvia respectively. Both bands play screamy 90's emo, Bokanovsky with a traditional french emo edge like Aussistot Mort, Daitro etc. Tesa a little slower and sludgier at times. Have a listen....

Enemy Soil smash the state again, this time on DVD

Featuring 24 songs taken from shows from 1996 to 1998 and the band’s 2001 reunion gig at CBGB's, the DVD features over an hour of music, including a previously unreleased live studio recording, a photo / flyer gallery and liner notes.

One Last Wish album available on vinyl

The band was a short-lived, post-Rites Of Spring and pre-Fugazi project featuring Brendan Canty and Guy Picciotto who played just six gigs and recorded 12 songs before imploding.

Jesus Lizard reissues on the way

Remastered versions of Head, Goat, Liar and Down will be available on both LP and CD, all with expanded packaging and liner notes. Bob Weston is heading up the remastering process with Steve Albini, the original session engineer, sitting in.
